  Applying non-pressure roller's vacuum roller sucking and pulling system: no need to set pressure to keep the stretching force stable during the move of the materials; greatly advance the print-adaptability of materials easily solving printing technology problems like static film, thermal paper and membrane label; full plate print without pressing edge enhance the availability of materials and decrease the cost of printing company.

  Twice impression on/off control, fuzzy computation control, high-precise motivation, roller arranged at seven o’clock, etc. consist of the exclusive avoid color lost system. During starting/shutting machine, it can effectively solve color lost fault, greatly enhance the rate of finished products, improve production efficiency and decrease production cost.

1.6    remote control ink and separation pre-setting system

  Remote control ink system can store and retrieve the sample data without number limit which is in favor of color rendition of repeating print, like package, trademark and label, etc.

  CIP3 separation pre-setting system can directly connect with CTP plate maker to build digital printing procession and build enterprise-class color manage system. It can automatically control ink, reduce the rejection rate, decrease the preparation time and lower the dependence on workers.
